Q. Which tablets can be used with the IVY?

Q. Can I use different types of tablets in one the IVY?

No, a custom 3D design is engineered and tested to ensure a perfect fit for each tablet. However, all mounts are interchangeable and therefore easy to replace.

Q. Can I customize the IVY?

Using the selection tool you can create your own IVY using our standard options. Do you have additional wishes regarding for example branding or mounting options, or would you like to create a completely unique IVY? Please feel free to discuss your idea’s with us and we’ll translate them into a customized 3D design.

Q. Can my logo be displayed on the IVY?

Yes, logo’s can be printed on the front-plates of the IVY. We are always open to discuss other possibilities for displaying your brand on the IVY.

Q. Can my tablet remain connected to the power outlet while in the IVY?

Yes, the IVY is designed to include hidden and discrete routing of the power cable for every situation. For iPads we advise setting the screen brightness to 70% to prevent power failure.

Q. Is my tablet safe in the IVY?

The IVY is designed to be strong enough to keep your tablet safe and prevent tampering and theft at all times. Your tablet can only be removed from the IVY using a personal key.

Q. Can I connect my tablet to other devices when mounted?

Yes, but only wirelessly as our current IVY Displays cover all the tablet ports. Please contact us if you need extended accessibility.

Q. Do I need to cover the home button and the camera?

We advise not to cover the home-button, to increase accessibility in case of maintenance. Apple products using iOS6 or higher can lock the home-button using Guided Access. Android devices can be selected based on the presence of physical buttons, or the buttons can be disabled from within the software.

Q. How do I buy an IVY?

On the order page you can find all the information to order your own IVY.

Q. Will I receive a discount on large orders?

Yes, we do give bulk discounts for orders of 10 units and up.

Q. When will I receive my IVY?

When you confirm your order the IVY will be ready for shipping in about 2 working days. Custom IVY’s will be custom made for you. We will communicate the expected production time with your quote.

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we would love to see the IVY become a globe-trotter.

Q. Can I use my own shipping provider?

Yes, please do not forget to mention this when ordering or requesting a price estimate.

Q. What shipping costs do you charge?

Our shipping partners are reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, TNT and DPD who are sure to give you the best price available. The exact shipping costs will be included in your price estimate.

Q. Can you also help with my tablet content?

Although we will not be designing the content for you, we can advise you on how to use your tablets more effectively and are happy to help get you into contact with some great content creators.

Q. How can I transform my tablet in a successful kiosk?

Good apps are the key to a successful installation. You can create your own information kiosk using Kiosk Pro. Or contact our friends at Kiwapp for the best advice for in-store digital solutions.

Q. Is the IVY available for resale?

Yes, we do welcome IVY resellers. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Q. Which items are included in my IVY order?

This depends on the type of IVY that you order. For more information about the packaging and contents, please take a look at the specifications of the Desk Series, Wall Series and Floor Series.

Q. What is Techtive?

Techtive is our partner in crime when it comes to design. For custom solutions we will work closely with their in house design team.

Q. Do you also install the IVY?

Each order includes a manual that provides a step-by-step instruction on how to install your IVY. You or your contractor should have no problems installing the IVY using these instructions.

Q. Help, I lost my key!

The IVY includes two keys. Using the unique ID of your IVY we can always ship you a new set of keys in case of loss.

Q. What if the IVY does not meet my expectations?

If you are not satisfied with the IVY solution you’ve acquired, please let us know. Together we will try to find a way to solve this.
